Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We are committed to delivering orders within a maximum of 6 business days from the date of dispatch.

Sri Lanka
- 1–3 Business Days
International Orders
- 3–6 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight
- Shipping method selected
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Altas Imperial will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We will work closely with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Altas Imperial is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
